Who needs the SCRUM CARDS?

Scrum is the most widely used agile framework. With SCRUM CARDS, you, as an agile beginner, will learn how Scrum works and how to apply it in your team in the shortest possible time.

As a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, SCRUM CARDS support you in introducing the method to new teams. The team quickly develops a common understanding and becomes more confident in applying the methodology.

In the training of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members, SCRUM CARDS practically supplement exercises and explanations.

Structure of the SCRUM CARDS

To help you find all important information at a glance, all cards have a similar basic structure - regardless of whether you are looking at a role, an event, or an artifact.

In the upper part of the cards, there is always a large designation - just like on the back. Below that, you'll find a summary to quickly understand what the card is about. 

In the middle part, you will find the concentrated knowledge - compressed to the essentials and presented in an easy-to-read format. Here you will find the tasks of the roles, the contents of artifacts, and the processes of events.

In the lower part, you can immediately see which other cards are relevant to your current card. This allows you to easily establish a relationship between the cards.

You will also find a sorting aid for your cards here, so that they can be tidied up even after intensive use.

Using the SCRUM CARDS

The cards can be used to illustrate the processes and relationships within a Scrum Team – this can be done from the perspective of a Role, for a specific Event, or for the creation of an Artifact.

For this purpose, the respective card is supplemented with the associated cards. The descriptions provide information about the necessary actions and responsibilities.  

Example: A team is planning a Sprint Planning. It takes the Event card "Sprint Planning" and follows the described process. With the associated Role and Artifact cards, the tasks of the participants and the results quickly become clear.

Can we have the card decks for our entire company?

That's not a problem. We have already handled deliveries of more than 1,000 card sets. To ensure everything runs smoothly according to your wishes, we will discuss everything in advance. For a bulk order, we can offer you a generous volume discount and accommodate individual design requests.

Are the card sets also available with our logo?

We offer the option to customize the back of the cards in all card sets with your logo and corporate identity. This creates exceptional opportunities to use our card sets as promotional items or goodies.

Which countries do you ship the cards to?

Shipping to Germany and Austria can be easily selected through our shop. For shipping to other countries, please send us a message to shop@collaborationcards.de.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

With every order, we automatically send a link where you can easily download your invoice. Our invoice will, of course, show the VAT separately.

What if I don't like the cards?

If you don't like the cards, you can easily exchange them within 30 days. Please contact shop@collaborationcards.de for this purpose.
