The idea for collaboration.cards emerged in the middle of the 2020 Corona pandemic. Home office and virtual work became the new standard for many people overnight – partly with limited success. Many companies experienced long and unproductive meetings.

Our Digital Collaboration Cards quickly provided a solution here and were an immediate success story. In the first year alone, more than 1,000 people used our card sets for better meetings.

From this positive impact, new card sets are gradually being developed, each contributing in its own way to better collaboration in companies.

About the inventor of playing cards

Sven is an organizational developer and ambassador for the new world of work. As a leader in an automotive group, he eliminated his own role during an agile transformation, and subsequently founded NEW WORK HUB with 5 New Work enthusiasts.

For many years, he has been assisting organizations and teams with the introduction of agile organizational forms and supports the change process with numerous methods.

As a father of 3 children, he is constantly looking for playful elements to impart knowledge or train new skills.
