Scrum erlernen mit den SCRUM CARDS

Learn Scrum with SCRUM CARDS

Scrum is the most widely used agile framework. And it's more than just the next hype. In over 90% of medium and large companies, there are initial teams working with Scrum.

However, many teams find the transition to the new way of working difficult. New roles, new meetings, and new terms must be learned and internalized. Between Product Owner, Sprint Planning, and Definition of Done, it's easy to lose track of what the individual terms mean.

This motivated us at the end of 2021 to develop our Scrum Cards. They include all important aspects of Scrum. They are so handy that you can always carry them with you and easily look things up directly if you are unsure.

For many users, Scrum Cards are a daily companion when working in agile teams, especially at the beginning of the new way of working. For example, if Sprint Planning is coming up, the corresponding card is placed on the table. This makes it clear to all participants what the meeting procedure is and which artifacts will be discussed. The Sprint Planning card directly refers to relevant roles and artifacts:

  • Scrum Team
  • Sprint Goal
  • Sprint Backlog
  • Task
  • Definition of Done

This increases confidence in using Scrum. Teams that use Scrum Cards adapt faster to new ways of working, become more productive, and enjoy collaborating.

And even executives and board members who do not constantly work in an agile context can focus much better on the content.
